How can I get some advice on Bliss Nd Berry products?

Can I place an order from a location outside of India?

Yes, Bliss Nd berry ships to locations outside India. We are working with our logistic partner to make it available anywhere outside India. The overseas shipment cost varies with the location.

Can I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for large orders. Our products are only sold in our own Bliss Nd Berry Online stores & with our tie up partners, are not available wholesale. Instead we give discounts for individual customers who purchase over Rs 2999.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we’d love to hear from you! The number to call is 9626959333, and we’re open from 9 am until 8 pm Mon-Saturday (Indian time).

What do I do if there’s something wrong with my order?

We have a friendly and knowledgeable team on hand to help with any order queries, so please drop us an email or give us a call on 9626959333 and we'll do everything we can to sort things out. If you have any other feedback - good or bad - we'd love to hear it. We're always available on social media too, so if you'd rather get in touch on Facebook or instagram, you'll get exactly the same service and attention.

How can I return something for an exchange or refund?

We don’t take any return of products we have sold unless its damaged or if you have received a different product from us. Otherwise all the products we sell are final. We don’t take it back for any other issues.

What if I want to make a change to my order?

There is only a very short time after your order is placed when changes may be possible, so it’s best to call us straight away on 9626959333 if you’d like to make a change. We’ll do our best to help, but we’re usually very quick at picking and packing your orders, so please try to make sure you’ve got everything you need before you check out.

What if I need my delivery at a specific date?

Yes, you can mention the delivery date along with your orders. Either you want it earlier or late you can mention us there.

How do I know that your site is secure?

Our website uses the most advanced level of encryption available, so you know that your data is safe and secure. Bliss Nd Berry does not hold any credit card data whatsoever. When you come to the part of checkout that deals with payment you will be diverted to our payment provider Instamojo. So you don’t have to worry about the safety of your datas.

How will I know if my order has processed correctly?

We’ll send you an email and a message to your enclosed mobile number as soon as your order has been placed to let you know that we’ve received it and are ready to start preparing your orders. Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a second email so you know your goodies are on the way,followed by your  tracking details.

How can I track my delivery?

All of our orders are trackable, so you'll know when your orders are about to arrive. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number, that can be checked, or if you prefer you can call our Customer Care team on 9626959333 and we'll track your parcel for you.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is a Rs 40 for orders less than 100 gms and the rest will vary according to the weight of the goods. For further information on delivery options and times please contact our Bliss Nd Berry customer care team.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We're usually pretty quick and most orders will dispatch in 2-3 business working days.And the delivery will be the next day we send or 2 days later.

Can I send a gift to someone at a different address?

Yes – just enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section of checkout and we can send your gift straight to them. If you select the gift tick box during checkout you can also enter a gift message, which will be sent with your order on a card, and prices will be removed from the invoice. If you'd prefer, we can take your order over the phone - just call 9626959333.
